We truly enjoyed the comforts of this low cost hotel. The venue's location was marvellous, adjacent to Stores as well as the restaurant. Also, a shopping mall was 4 miles away.

The hotel was clean, the staff were very pleasant. The rooms of the venue were reasonably spacious and beautiful with 2 queen beds.

All the staff were nice and kind giving some tips about the city. The location was good and magnificent, near to the lake and the restaurant and the breakfast and Stores for a Taxi. Furthermore, close to a train station.

We really enjoyed this cheap hotel. The staff were very pleasant, peaceful and exceptionally nice location in the middle of jackson. Plus, it was not far from that train station, and Stores for a Taxi.

Everything was very good, really enjoyed our very nice stay. We was given well-maintained room with the bedroom and 2 queen beds, as for instance. The staff were extremely friendly and knew their area.

Truly enjoyed reasonably large and beautiful rooms.

The accommodation was newly decorated, pool was excellent, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room we had included coffee/tea making equipment, a writing desk, and ironing facilities.

The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and attentive, even remembering our room when we checked out. The bed in our room was comfortable, and the room itself was spacious. We appreciated the effort the hotel employees put into keeping everything clean and functional. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient as it was near various restaurants and shopping areas.

There were some aspects of our stay that were not so great. One major concern was the lack of security in the hotel.

b General information: /b I arrived at the Quality Inn on 8/8 at 8:50 PM because it was dark and I was tired. I had a Comfort-Quality Loyalty Card. As I walked up to the sliding door, the place smelled of excrement. I thought perhaps someone allowed their dog to do its business, but when I walked into the door, the breezeway also smelled. The desk was to the left of the breezeway and rooms were to the right. br/ b Location and surroundings: /b I asked the man at the desk if he had any vacancies and asked if there was a first floor room available as I wear braces and it is difficult to move my luggage. He gave me room # 104 for $99.00 per night. When I went to check out the room, the whole area smelled of cigarette smoke. My non-smoking room did not, but the rest of the hallway did. I did get my luggage into the room. br/ b Service: /b I went into the bathroom and found a small black bug on one of the white wash cloths. I crushed it and checked the other wash cloth, towel, etc. before getting a shower. The next morning I found 2 small bugs in the sink. br/ b Dining: /b This Quality Inn offered the complimentary breakfast. I did get a coffee and some yogurt. A female employee was working hard to keep items stocked and the eating area clean. She was pleasant, smiling and very welcoming. br/ b Sports and leisure: /b N/A br/ b Room: /b See "Service" above br/ b Useful tips: /b For a bit less than a 12 hour stay my $99.00 room blossomed into $113.85 with the appropriate local and state taxes. For this room rate I experienced unexplained and unpleasant smells, and bugs on my bath wash cloth and in my sink. My useful tip: don't stay at this Quality Inn! br/

I had a comfortable stay at Quality Inn Ledgewood. The bed in my room was cozy and I got a good night's sleep. The hotel was quiet, and I didn't hear any noise from other guests or the highway. The front desk clerk was helpful and assisted me with any questions I had. I had a satisfactory experience at this hotel.
